Dyer's didn't fix my plumbing issues from a 2024 service call. I ended up having to call another plumber. My daughter called to complain to Dyer's management about the dissatisfied service. I was partially refunded what I paid. Update: I was contacted by a Dyer's representative yesterday wanting to make my experience with them better. While I appreciate the call, I was inconvenienced and ended up spending more money for the job Dyer's was paid to do. The representative stated they would discount my next visit for any plumbing needs. So, I shared I was in need of repairs currently and had reached out to another plumber. I have time to cancel the appointment with the other plumber but, I was told by the Dyer's representative they didn't want to take the job away from another company. My thoughts are if you are truly interested in "making it right" with me, why didn't you offer to do the needed repairs. The fact that I contacted another plumber is irrelevant, especially if I have time to cancel the appointment. Thank you for your contact but, I won't patronize your company again.
