The technician Charles was absolutely patient with explaining this new system and very fast and efficient with the install. He made sure our entire house was flushed out and ready to go. I even got a quote from Culligan at $25,000.00 for a softening system with lights and reverse osmosis, we paid no where near that for a super efficient system that removed the rotten egg smell and rust color water with in 4 hours of installation. This company is absolutely the most honest and easy to deal with for a water softening system. 10 out of 10 recommend any day of the week.
