Got 16 oz sirloin. It comes as 2 -8 oz. I ordered it medium well. One was well because it was thinner than the other. One was medium and a bit bloody because it was thick. I guess that's medium well. That said, it was a good steak. My sweet potato was really good also. I had to squeeze every bite I took of the thicker one and ended up with a plate of blood. But both was good. Service was OK. Nothing is perfect but I like this restaurant
