I can't think of a time where we've ever had bad service dining in or taking out. They always try to go in order whether you are sitting, standing, or on the phone. I highly respect the fact that they try to be fair about going in order as a lot of places could care less. The food is always good and very seldom do they get it wrong and it's understandable that we all make mistakes now and then. Good food and a friendly and welcoming environment. One tip is that if you want hot vegetables make sure your place your order before 8pm as 8pm is their cutoff for hot veggies. I assume they are probably beginning to clean up for the night at this point.
