Pursuing Growth Group, LLC is a leadership coaching, facilitation and training company headquartered in Eden, North Carolina. Led by founder and Certified GiANT Guide, Keith E. Glover, the company exists to empower leaders and teams to communicate clearly, work collaboratively, and achieve meaningful results by delivering tailored training and coaching that inspires growth. We help people communicate better to get better results!
Services include leadership coaching, workshop facilitation, and custom L&D strategy consulting, delivered online and in-person. Leveraging tools from GiANT Worldwide (including the “5 Voices” framework), Pursuing Growth Group serves from an attitude that growth is not something to be achieved, but instead is something to always pursue! Any business, ministry/non-profit, or government organization can benefit from the principles and tools provided.
